Harbor Point POA Annual Dues are payable by Jan 1st. Current POA dues are $100.

You must be a member to access the park. The code system is no longer used and we have moved to key FOB access. If you have paid the current year dues and have not recieved a key FOB please review the events page and emails from Harbor Point POA for dates and times to pick up your key FOB or
contact hppoainfo@gmail.com : provide your address, dates and time available.
If you pay your dues and missed the events to pick up your key FOB please contact hppoainfo@gmail.com to make arrangements to pick up the key FOB.
Your email will need to include a few days and times that you are available to meet in order to sign and receive the key FOB.
Include your Harbor Point address in all communications.
You will need to bring ID and current utility bill (paper or electronic copy) with your Harbor Point address
Note that it may take 3-5 business days after paying your dues in order to schedule a meet to receive your key FOB.
If you are a new tenant of a rental home and was given a key FOB by your landlord/property management please contact hppoainfo@gmail.com so that we can update our records and make sure the key FOB is activated
If you are a new tenant of a rental home and were informed by your landlord/property management that the POA dues have been paid and you need to receive a key FOB for access to the park then please contact hppoainfo@gmail.com You will need to provide your address, contact information and the name of your landlord/property management. Once we have confirmed payment for current year's dues, we will reply and ask for a few days and times to meet at the park in order to sign and receive the key FOB.

1 (one) key FOB per Harbor Point address. Key FOBs are activated with payment of dues.
Key FOBs will provide access during park hours (6am - 10pm). Outside of park hours the key fob will not unlock the gate.
Key FOBs are deactivated if dues are not paid (due on Jan 1st) or the key FOB is reported as lost.

First time key FOB replacement cost is $25. Second time replacement cost is $50. Please contact hppoainfo@gmail.com to arrange a replacement key FOB.

Harbor Point POA follows Gun Barrel City's codes and restrictions.
Resale certificate costs $200 per property. Please send request to hppoapres@gmail.com, hppoatreasurer@gmail.com and hppoainfo@gmail.com.
Email must include Requestor's name, address, title and phone number, Harbor Point address, Property ID, and Legal description (subdivision, section, block and lot) for each property requesting resale certificate.
Please review our payment page for available payment methods . We need at least 3 days advance notice to research and prepare resale certificate.
