You'll have access to our newly renovated pavilion with several amenities: Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink; bathrooms; tables and chairs
The Pavilion is not available on major holidays.
4 hour rental rate
$125 for Harbor Point POA members
$150 for non-member or non-resident
Plus required refundable deposit
(deposit refunded if pavilion is clean, trash removed and no damage)
$100 for Harbor Point POA members

We have our new security system with cameras that view and record every inch of the park!!
